Coverage

Our warranty exclusively covers the repair or part we have replaced. This includes any issues directly related to the quality parts we used or the repair we provided, such as screen or battery replacements.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover any new damages that occur after the repair, including physical damage or issues caused by dropping the phone. We also do not cover additional problems that may become apparent after a certain repair is performed. It’s not uncommon for hidden issues to surface once the primary problem is fixed. Damages resulting from accidents, misuse, water damage, or repairs done by other parties after our service are not covered under our warranty.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction with our repair services. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the repair, please contact us within 7 days for a no-cost reassessment.

Data Privacy Assurance

Quotation Fee Policy

For each repair assessment, we charge a $30 quotation fee. This fee covers the cost of diagnosing your device. If you decide to proceed with the repair, the $30 will be deducted from the total repair cost.
